Puppet Theatre ...

Web of Power is a quick (less than one hour) game of building cloisters in and dispatching advisors to nine medieval European countries. We will be playing four-player games, with some three-player games when necessary. If there are any questions, please contact the GM before the con or at the Demo session.

We will be playing four games during the three-hour first round. Each 4-player game will score 5 points for the winner, 4 points for 2nd place, 2 points for 3rd and 1 point for 4th. Each 3-player game will score 5 points for the winner, 3 points for 2nd place, and 1 point for 3rd. The 16 players with the most points after four games will advance to the semi-final. Ties for advancement will be broken by 1) most wins, 2) best single win (winner's % of total points for all players, x0.75 for 3-player games), 3) most 2nd place finishes, 4) die roll. The semi-final may be played immediately after the first round if all qualifiers agree.

If insufficient qualifiers continue to fill 16 slots, only winners will advance and enough Second Alternates to fill four-player games for every available winner. Check the Alternate list on the event kiosk in the Ballroom B corridor to determine your chances of advancing.
