Class C: Coached Event Inexperienced players welcome. The game will be taught to anyone present at the scheduled starting time. GMs may also schedule a demonstration for the Event. Coached events generally require more time and effort to run and can be upsetting to more experienced players impatient with delays. Announce at the outset, that all players are expected to abide by the C rating and help newcomers.

2018 Tournament Format  Single Elimination

Can't Stop is the traditional WBC Wednesday nightcap, and we are looking forward to enjoying this amazing classic once again at Seven Springs. This is a relatively simple push your luck style dice game by Sid Sackson. Every turn you will roll four dice and try to advance your markers up any of the tracks from 2 to 12. If you cannot move a marker, your turn is done and you lose all progress made that turn!

Tournament Format:

A 4 round, single elimination tournament (assuming less than 256 participants)

In the first round, there will be no assigned seating. Players with a copy of the game can set it up after signing in with the GM. Other players may join the table to fill it to four people. Players may begin play as soon as their names and badges are documented on the scoresheet.

From the second round onwards, the GM will assign players and tables.

In the second round, 3-player games may be used to try to ensure exactly 16 tables in the round.

In the third round, 3-player games will be used as necessary (for dropouts) to try and ensure a 4-player Final. In the event that more than 16 people qualify for the third round, 5 player games will be used as a last resort

And Most Importantly… BRING a COPY OF THE GAME if you have one.
