2009 WBC Exhibitor Information
Nov. 3, 2008

Exhibitor is a classification of BPA membership designed to give new companies a chance to display their wares and services at minimal cost. An Exhibitor is entitled to one admission for Monday through Sunday plus an 8' table at WBC’s highest traffic exhibit space to display their wares and services, give out their literature, and/or conduct demonstrations of their products. Unlike a Vendor, an Exhibitor is not allowed to sell merchandise. If you want to both demonstrate your products in a permanent display and sell in the Vendor’s Room during Vendor’s hours, you should purchase both options.

Note: All paid attendees of WBC are free to play any game of their choice in designated open gaming areas; though games that are left unattended will be removed. However, signage, displays or other inducements to sell product are strictly limited to authorized Exhibitors and Vendors.

Location: Exhibit space is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Exhibits will be located at the entrance of both the multi-player ballroom (Ballroom Foyer) and two-player hall (Lampeter Hall). Exhibitors will be given their preference of location as space permits. Obviously, the selection will be greater for those reserving their spots early.

Exhibit Costs:

  1. $250 if paid by Dec. 31
  2. $275 if paid by Feb. 28
  3. $300 if paid by July 20
  4. $350 if paid after July 20

Exhibit Benefits:

  1. A prominent corporate logo link on the BPA website
  2. Exhibit status proclaimed on BPA website
  3. For orders paid by Feb. 28, exhibit status proclaimed in the 2009 Program.
  4. Display space for ongoing demos Tuesday through Sunday
  5. One Admission to WBC (Tuesday thru Sunday)
  6. 20% discount for banner advertising on the BPA website
